“Caring staff. Always possible to contact the owner. Comfortable small room. Perfect for two. Clean bed, enough hangers, capsule coffee machine, TV, large windows. Pleased with a crystal-clear shower, very clean toilet, soap and shampoo with a pleasant scent, white towels with a very pleasant scent. The room is amazing! The parking lot was very frustrating and stressful! There are not enough parking spaces for residents. The rooms didn't have daily cleaning, and guests were responsible for taking out the trash. There was no ceiling lighting in the room. We had to turn on all the night lights in the room to make it bright. It was cold in the evening, and we tried to turn on the heating. The heating doesn't work, but the towel warmer turned on in the morning. Despite this, we still give it a perfect score. We will come back, and we thank you for your hard work.”

“The Steiner Hotel was the perfect base camp for our visit with family and our immersive Stuttgart experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were warm and engaging. We accessed public transportation with ease. (The Birkheckenstraße bus stops are a mere few feet from the hotel). We’re hoping to return again and again as we visit family our Stuttgart.”
